The rules for buying and using PatternScouts software, in plain words.

Your licence
When you buy a plan you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use that software for the period of the plan, on the number of computers the plan allows. The software stays the property of PatternScouts.
What you may not do
- Share, resell or publish your key.
- Copy, decompile or modify the software, or try to get around its licence checks.
- Use it for anything unlawful.
Payment and delivery
Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the website and may change for future purchases. Your licence starts when your key is issued after we confirm your payment. A plan does not renew automatically.
Updates and support
During your plan you receive updates through Bird Flew and support by email.
Your data and results
The software works on your files on your computer. Please check important results before relying on them and keep backups of your data — the software is a tool to help your work, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make with it.
Liability
The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
