Good to know before you buy
Do I need the internet to use the software?
Only to activate your key, download the software and get updates. The work itself — opening your files and producing results — happens on your computer, offline.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Your spreadsheets are opened and processed on your own computer. We only keep what is needed to run your licence: your name, email, mobile number and which computers your key is activated on.
Which computers does it run on?
Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit. 8 GB of memory is enough; on computers with more memory the built-in AI assistant automatically uses a larger, smarter model.
How do I pay?
By UPI — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank's app. Scan the QR code on the buy page, pay the exact amount, and enter the UPI transaction ID. Card payments will be added later.
When will I receive my key?
As soon as we have matched your payment — usually within a few hours, and always within one business day. It is emailed to the address you enter.
Can I use one key on more than one computer?
Each plan says how many computers it covers. If you change computers, you can move your key; get in touch and we will help.
What if it does not work for me?
Write to us first — most problems are fixed in one reply. If we cannot make it work on your computer, see our refund policy.
